The Regal Property Management Department can assist you in procuring (and managing) quality Tenants for your investment property. We take care of all of the details from preparing the property to Lease…to moving the Tenants in. This entails marketing, showing the property, taking rental/association applications, completing credit/background checks, preparing the Lease Agreement to review/sign with the Landlords/Tenants and handling the pre-occupancy walk through.

Staging has become an important part of marketing properties for sale or lease. When a prospective Buyer or Tenant enters a property, we want them to be in vibrational harmony with their surroundings and feel "right at home." Many people have now decided to open businesses which offer this service. At Regal Real Estate Services, we feel that we have an added advantage by being Professional Realtors who have our thumb on the pulse of the Buying and Leasing public. Each of our listings for sale or lease have staging done to differing degrees, depending on what we feel will make the biggest difference to our clients.
We have recently decided to offer additional services to our clients, which we call "Concierge" services. Many of our clients have second homes they stay in during different times throughout the year. When they are not residing here in their "second homes," the properties need to be checked at least once every 30 days. This is a requirement of most insurance companies. If the property is vacant and not "checked," the insurance companies will not honor any claims for damage done to the property. We check the property for you and provide you with a monthly report for your records.
