Connie is a Broker-Associate (formerly the Broker/Owner of Regal Real Estate Services). She has over 40 years of experience as a "full time" Realtor and has been a multi-million dollar producer each year since she was licensed in 1981.
She is experienced in all facets of the real estate industry, including residential sales/leasing; commercial sales/leasing; residential/commercial property management and consulting. Bobbie is a Florida native, born and raised on the East Coast of Florida and later moving to the Tampa Bay Area. She is a "Florida Girl" at heart and loves the water…especially boating and fishing.
Her experience includes working as a Project Manager, where she planned, executed and closed many projects. This has given her a strong basis for a career in real estate (which began over 12 years ago), utilizing her years of experience in providing quality service. Upon returning to Florida, (after working in Atlanta) she decided to make a career move to real estate. She has found it to be everything she expected and more! It gives her a way to fulfill her passion for helping others and the ability to utilize her "Interior Design" skills in staging her listings..which is an additional service she provides to her clients.
