Connie is the Broker/Owner of Connie L. Carberry, Inc. d/b/a Regal Real Estate Services. She has 37 years of experience as a "full time" Realtor and has been a multi-million dollar producer each year since she was licensed in 1981.

She is experienced in all facets of the real estate industry, including residential sales/leasing; commercial sales/leasing; residential/commercial property management and consulting. I am a Florida native, born and raised on the East Coast of Florida and later moving to the Tampa Bay Area. I am a "Florida Girl" at heart and love the water…especially boating and fishing with my husband.

My experience working as a Project Manager, where I planned, executed and closed many projects, has given me a strong basis for a career in real estate; utilizing my years of experience providing customer service. Upon returning to Florida, (after working in Atlanta) I decided to make a career move and become a real estate agent. I have found it to be everything I expected and more! It gives me a way to fulfill my passion for helping others.

Kat is not only a Florida "Native," but was born and raised in Pinellas County! Her roots and family are still here and she has a wonderful family life with her spouse, Tracy, and three handsome boys! She is larger than life and one of the most loving and caring individuals you may ever meet.

Her experience includes many years working for Worker’s Compensation as a Field Operations Supervisor, Credentialing Specialist (Physician Network) and Facilities Manager. Her day to day responsibilities gave her a solid background in dealing with people and resolving numerous types of issues. These skills are invaluable in the Property Management business and we are extremely excited to have her on board with Regal Real Estate Services.

Her hobbies are: Enjoying the outdoors with her family & friends…kayaking & camping are some of her favorite things to do! She has given so much back to the community through her extensive volunteer efforts. She has been volunteering her time at Westgate Elementary (where her boys go to school) and has been the PTA President from 2016 until the present, where she shares her organizational skills with others. Also, Kat is a "Pet Magnet". . .anything to do with animals. . .she is right there!

With a BA Degree from Saginaw Valley State University, her major in Communication and minor in Management, Mary is well versed in the day-to-day management for the companies where she has worked.

She came to us as an Executive Assistant; and has been promoted to Accounting Manager in charge of the administrative functions for our Property Management Department, a job title that could never convey the enormous responsibilities she handles each and every day!

Mary is the "Hub" of our wheel and keeps our organization running like a well-oiled machine. She has worked through two transitions with our company; and has helped us master the property management software system that allows us to offer the best service possible. She is the solid ground on which we continue to build our business and is dedicated to helping us grow!

Stephanie has her degree in Music Education from Florida State University (FSU) and has been the Music Teacher for Westgate Elementary School for 18 years. She was honored with the "Music Educator of the Year" award (for Pinellas County) in 2006, which is another testament to her incredible dedication.

Although she chose a career in music, she also has 37 years of experience in the real estate industry. Not as an agent, but as my loving daughter who has always been there to help me whenever I needed her assistance.

Stephanie has now been with us going on 3 years as a part-time Personal Assistant. With her organizational skills as a teacher (lesson plans, etc.), she has been able to transfer those skills to the real estate business and is a valuable member of our team. She is currently working on her Real Estate License, which will enable her to expand her duties and enhance our team on an even larger scale!
